How does it actually work?
Plug the frame into your laptop with the included USB-C cable. It shows up like a USB drive with nine numbered folders. Drop one MP3 into each folder, match every disc to the folder with the same number, and you are done. Place a disc on the frame and it plays. Lift it off and it stops.
Do I need a phone?
No. The frame plays on its own. No phone, no app, no account, nothing to pair.
Does it need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
Neither. Once your songs are on the frame it works completely offline, anywhere.
What do I need to set it up?
A laptop or desktop and your MP3 files. Works with Windows and Mac, and the cable is in the box. Most people have all nine discs loaded in about five minutes.
What file types work?
MP3 files only, one per disc, nine in total.
Is the music included?
No, and that is on purpose. The discs arrive empty so the frame holds your songs, not ours.
Can I change the songs later?
As many times as you like. Plug it back into your laptop, swap the file in a folder, and that disc plays something new.
Where can I put it?
On a shelf or a desk, and it has built in magnets so it sticks straight to a fridge.
How long will it take to arrive?
Every frame is made to order, so crafting takes 5 to 7 days. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. After dispatch, delivery averages 8 to 12 business days depending on destination. We do not customise or dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, everywhere, with tracked shipping. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
What if it arrives faulty?
Send us photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. You can also add the optional 90 day warranty at checkout for cover once your frame is set up and in use.
