Every frame is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your frame arrives faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

• 📸 Show us the fault. Message us with your order number and a short video or photos showing the problem.
• 📦 Condition. The frame and all 9 discs must come back unused, with no music loaded, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
• 💳 Return shipping is paid by you. Use a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.
• 💰 Your refund. Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving with us.

90 Day Warranty, Optional

Add the 90 day warranty at checkout to stay covered for three months after delivery, including once your frame is set up and in daily use.

• 🛡️ What it covers. Manufacturing and technical faults for 90 days from delivery. If your frame stops working, we replace it.
• 📹 No return needed. Send us a short video showing the fault. Once we confirm it, your replacement goes into production. Nothing to post back.
• ⚠️ What it does not cover. Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, deliberate damage, and faults caused by misuse or by opening the frame.
